An Overview
       
This workshop is for people wanting to experience Tantric meditations & exercises maybe for the first time..or for a "refresher"...or simply out of curiousity ....to see what "Tantra is all about" and how it could possibly help you...

These processes will allow you to look inside of yourself  to see where in life and in your physical body you hold back with your sexual energy..or where the sexual energy is used in unhealthy ways and learn how to use this energy is a healthier manners

We will look at the connections of sexuality & spirituality, come to see that they are connected
and where you may feel disconnected

We as humans have been shut down to our sexual energy on so many levels, and when we look deeper into our past conditionings, fears, beliefs and old wounds & begin to heal these and connect the heart & sex......anything is possible..living life to it's full potential IS possible


All meditations and exercises are done fully clothed. There is no nudity or sexual contact.  The event takes place in a space of respect, safety & love.



The Experience 

We will be experiencing breathwork, and how this is related to our health & sexuality & how to use the breath for calming, and amplifying your energy

You will also learn how to speak "your truth" about "your" desires in life, sex and relationships
in a safe receptive supportive space

In this work we will also be looking at the Chakra System and how we can use this system for better overall  physical, mental, sexual & spiritual health.

You will experience ways to create sacred space for yourself, for meditation, & in lovemaking

There will be fun "homeplay" assigned for Saturday evening 

We will also be playing with the five senses in a closing ritual on Sunday


Logistics

The workshop runs from 10:00am-5:00pm each day
 You must commit to both days
Cost is $300.00 per person
All Fees are due in full three weeks ..21 days in advance..of the beginning of the workshop
There are no refunds unless the workshop is cancelled
