This site has been born out of researching products for myself that I find beneficial for my family & I .....and now I would like to share those findings with you. Personal care products that are chemical free, healthy, naturally therapeutic, organic & environmentally friendly are becoming mainstream. Unfortunately many companies promote their products as "natural" but still contain very harmful ingredients, my hope is that website will shed a little light on some of that, share with you products that I feel have safe ingredients, & companies that are doing the "right" things in helping to keep us safe & the environment in tact.

In saying all of that, the only person that can keep us healthy is ourselves, be your own advocate, read the labels, a pretty sign next to a product that states "natural" , doesn't mean that it is. Research the ingredients, be your own health detective, ask questions.

If I am able to help just one person make a healthy choice, understand the difference between "Natural", "Organic" , "Certified Organic", understand how to read product labels or simply answer a question....my time here will be well spent.
